“Light great. Delivery 3 days late despite paying for 1-3 day despatch”

“I'm not usually one for leaving reviews but on this occasion, I feel it's important. I have ordered a number of products from Light Supplier and the first few were fine, though they all took longer than advertised to arrive. The last order was not only two days late, it was poorly packaged and when I came to install it for the customer, the wrong six way port had been connected and didn't accept the three pin connectors from the lights. I phoned to ask for the right port to be sent out but 3 weeks later it's still not arrived.”

“Ordered goods on the 13th April did not arrive until the 23rd. Unfortunately had to return the goods which I did within a few days. Have waited until 25th May to receive the refund. 2 stars as atleast they answered by messages and tried to get it sorted.”

“Initial response was OK, ordered on 28 Nov and informed of Dispatch on the 2nd of Dec, unfortunately, there was no tracking number, nor carrier mentioned, after 10 days I informed them of non arrival, and was told they were contacting the Shippers (Royal Mail) and gave me a Tracking number, which appears to be non Working. As of 16th Dec still no information, nor goods”

“Led strip received and driver Called and explained led strip needed to be cut. Also needed a joint clip and extension cable Appears warehouse didnt listen to what i needed or read on the order. £27 on an led strip i cant use and extension cable on a 2nd order i cant use. Safe to say ive had better experiences Went to toolstation abd git it sorted after waiting days. Lesson to self go to a shop in future”
