“Ordered a rechargeable LED light and was sent the wrong size. Contacted them but just received an email saying they'd sort it. That was 2 days ago and still no word. Appalling customer service!”

“I ordered these lights on 8/6/2024 and there is still no sign of them. Today is 24/6/24. Royal Mail say they never received them. Please tell me when i will receive them?”

“I can't fit the lights. I didn't received full order. Waiting two weeks for missing items. Can't carry on with kitchen. I'm losing patience here. They not replying emails. When I call them they finally replied and promised that items will be last Tuesday. Still nothing after another week There is no customer service at all. Very disappointed.”

“Order for 4 lights processed & paid on 7th May, took 10 days delivery. One fitting arrived faulty, replacement eventually arrived 28th May. Poor service.”

“purchase order 9824 2 lights ordered on line.....quick service and delivery 1 light was faulty, reported to John within 3 days, he offered to replace it . i have now waited nearly 4 weeks and called 4 times, everytime i get told "i will talk to dispatch" nothing ever happens poor service”

“Bought a set of under cupboard lights from this company. On arrival all of the packaging for each light were open and not well protected at all. On inspection of the lights I found the screws used for the installation of the fitting in one box to be missing. I contacted the company by email and explained the problem. I was assured the screws would be sent out. They never arrived, I contacting the company for a second time and was told the same thing but nothing came. My kitchen fitter had to go out and buy a set of small screws to finish my kitchen. There are other companies that do the same fittings and I can only advise you to use them instead. The fittings.i bought were not a cheap item and I feel the lack of service you can expect to receive from light supplier is a good reason to choose a more reputable company. Please think twice before you buy anything from these people. Good luck”

“Stated delivery is three to five working days. Eight working days and I've still not received my order. Their response to emails is dismissive or not at all. No idea when my order will arrive. I won't be using this company again.”

“We ordered on 30-10-23 with 3-5 day tracked delivery. Still not arrived 10 days later. One email humble apology with a promise of next day delivery tracked; still not arrived two full working days later. Avoid”

“I ordered one light for my kitchen it said 2 4 days it took 3 weeks in which I spoke to them 3 times then when it came it had no lamp with it so spoke to them again and they said they will send it out straight away anther week gone no lamp I will never use them again”

“One star is too much - Terrible experience. If your order is critical do not use. Expected product in 4 days as stated on their site. Phoned after a week and they told me it is due for delivery next day. Phoned again after 9 days and they told me that someone would look into it and call me back. No one ever did call me back. Phoned a third time and they told me that there was a problem and have refunded the money. Not even the decency to call me. Most of the time they do not answer the phone. Never reply to emails. Keep Clear.”

“My order never arrived. Whenever contaced them, they said they will contact royal mail and find out, but never get back to me. Very frustrated. Will ask for refund or claim my money back and report to PayPal.”

“Absolutely terrible, item never arrived, poor communication. Waited 13 days for item (1st was supposedly damaged and a new one was sent) didn’t receive and when chased I was told that there was a problem and I was being given a refund. This company is a waste of time.”
