“Ordered one plinth light 20th July. This after asking for photograph of the back of the light to see fixing and no response. I have several that have failed and wanted to see if what appears a direct replacement actually is. Today 30th July no sign of the actual plinth light and will try to request a refund.”

“Purchased an led strip (5m) plus fittings and drivers to replace two sets of old halogen under cupboard lights. Was given helpful, good advice over the phone as to how easy the led strip is to work with, which proved spot on. The product itself was good and the strip was surprisingly bright in use. Overall very pleased with the ordering, purchase and product in use.”

“I paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive for a couple of days despite being despatched the day of order. I spoke to a really helpful gentlemen who tracked it down with DPD and refunded the money I paid for next day delivery which was great. Item was just what we wanted. I have 4 stars just because it would have been helpful to get an automated email when it was despatched with the tracking number.”
