“Customer service is excellent! There was an error with my order and they were quick and efficient in correcting it. Helpful and professional. The lights look great. I have a problem with one of them flickering when I switch them but hope to rectify this by changing to a smaller driver”

“From my first contact with this company they were very helpfull and most importantly approachable and patient with my querries. Thy gave me on phone help on two/three ocassions and sent a couple of replacement items without any fuss whatsover. really nice people to deal with and would again.”

“Not sure where my very simple order is due to a total lack of communication from this supplier. I ordered on 18/8/18 & this rating dated 25/8/18 & the only info I have had is that the payment for the item went through. I e-mailed asking for a confirmation & despatch date..... still heard nothing,,,, I don't usually give ratings but sadly in this case I have to be honest & rate my experience. If I could give zero starts that would have been fair.”

“Nothing wrong with light but unfortunately I mistook high output light to be 6000k not 4100k cool white so it does not match previously bought lights from a now defunct company but you live and learn”
