“Arrived 8 days after order (slow), brackets were missing from 1 box , contacted the seller , was promised brackets were sent immediately , alas they never turned up! Have had to manufacturer a bracket from the alternative fitment provided in other box. Generally the light have a cheap feel , cant recommend.”

“Unfortunately the item sent was totally different to the on I ordered from the website and as it was urgently needed I had to adapt it to fit. I won’t be using this website again ☹️”

“Not sure where my very simple order is due to a total lack of communication from this supplier. I ordered on 18/8/18 & this rating dated 25/8/18 & the only info I have had is that the payment for the item went through. I e-mailed asking for a confirmation & despatch date..... still heard nothing,,,, I don't usually give ratings but sadly in this case I have to be honest & rate my experience. If I could give zero starts that would have been fair.”

“4 out of 5 items delivered. I called immediately after the delivery (22/02/18) and was told he would be on a delivery later that day, nothing arrived. Before I went on holiday for a week (w/c 24/02) I emailed them again since no one answered the phone, no response. Today on my return I still have not received the item, now the phone is constantly engaged hence another email has been sent. PS if you are expecting wardrobe wire baskets 400mm wide to fit the length of a standard kitchen cabinet, don't they are too long, having to think how to adjust the length now.”
