“Ordered some under cabinet lights from the website. Didn't hear anything for 6 days (including a weekend) so phoned to query the order progress. No answer on 3 attempts. When I finally got through they said the lights had been discontinued and payment had been refunded. No sign of refund yet one week after ordering. Not impressed and would not use them again.”

“Arrived 8 days after order (slow), brackets were missing from 1 box , contacted the seller , was promised brackets were sent immediately , alas they never turned up! Have had to manufacturer a bracket from the alternative fitment provided in other box. Generally the light have a cheap feel , cant recommend.”

“I purchase some LED Fully Linkable Striplights (UCLED2) to replace my existing T5 230V 8W fluorescents. They responded very quick with any queries and also advise are good. The quality of the product is decent. Easy payment method and the delivery of the goods was quick with bubble wrapped. Recommend to anyone who are looking for lighting products.”

“Hi placed my order on 30th Oct, still not received goods yet , spoke to someone on 6th Nov who said would have to resend. I tried to call late in the day but got no response. I will try again today, my client was expecting fitting on Monday 5th. I still don’t know status of order.”

“I ordered a Hafele waste bin, which as a product is excellent quality & I'd highly recommend you just buy it! Service from Light Supplier was slow & I was a little worried by slow response (& other reviewing comments), to my queries as to why it did not arrive in a prompt 'amazon prime' style! However, I did speak to John & then when mesages came, they were thorough, helpful & positive to resolve my initial non delivery. I do believe they had IT issues which hindered my delivery & I received a very generous refund for my patience - which I'm not viewing as 'payment' to write a good review, but I do feel obliged to write this! Would I use this Company again? Yes.”
