“Article itself was fine, nice colour of light. A bit surprised that the item came without a fitted plug, l have a tool box and know how to fit one so no problem for me.”

“Never received the item, contacted the company they said they would raise it with Royal Mail now offer for a refund or to send a replacement. 3-5days delivery it’s now nearly over two weeks. Can someone get intouch”

“Supplier sent order via Royal Mail and as I have found in the past, if you don’t pay for tracking with Royal Mail, your parcel will go ‘missing’. Sinister that this happens regularly with Royal Mail! Cannot send again as there is not enough of the articles in stock to re-send and had to get a refund. Dump Royal Mail and go with DPD, they are far superior to any other delivery systems out there.”

“No order arrived but I was given a refund with no explanation even though I paid next day delivery and was waiting over a week! Very poor customer service! So disappointed!”

“I've been really pleased with a few orders I've placed recently, particularly for the LSP LED Linkable Under Cabinet Striplights which are hard to find. In each case I paid for next day delivery and all orders have arrived on time, were 100% correct and were particularly well packaged. I also asked a few questions via email which were answered very promptly and it was no problem to order some LED drivers which weren't listed on the website. I will definitely be using this supplier again. The only minor area for improvement concerns the website itself where logging into your account and viewing previous orders isn't as seamless as it could be.”

“Well I have only had the one but I can see how easy it is to join another one or two to this one, either directly or by using the cable and connector attached but you would need to buy the other connector if you are joining them with the cable. The cool white is very good and considering the wattage is only 6.8watt the light is very good.”
