“I ordered a pop up socket from this company. The socket appears to be of very good quality, but it has not been installed yet. Slight issue with delivery but when I contacted the company they sorted out overnight courier service”

“The item I ordered arrived timeously but I then realised that I required another part to be used in conjunction with this. I emailed via the contact form on the website asking for advice on which part would be required. I received a phone call this morning explaining they were running with a reduced staff but they answered my question and supplied a product code. Good service in difficult times.”

“Great range of lights and decently priced. Delivery was prompt and a small error regarding a missing item was dealt with quickly over the phone and posted out immediately. Good products and good customer service.”

“After finding this site i was pleasantly surprised the site actually explained what i needed ie light plus and the driver where other sites left you to you to solve this yourself, not being electrically minded was a great help. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends”

“Ordered over a week ago. Money taken from account. Upon ringing we were told items had been dispatched but we have had no email to confirm that and still no sign of goods. We asked for another email to confirm dispatch but we have not received one. Realise delay in delivery may be due to Covid19 but communication poor.”

“The undercounter lights are very good and simple to install.....delivery was prompt but got sent 2 different lights ....one warm ..one cool white light which looks odd....I did call to explain and was told a replacement would be sent out but as yet ( 3 weeks ) nothing”
