“Led strip received and driver Called and explained led strip needed to be cut. Also needed a joint clip and extension cable Appears warehouse didnt listen to what i needed or read on the order. £27 on an led strip i cant use and extension cable on a 2nd order i cant use. Safe to say ive had better experiences Went to toolstation abd git it sorted after waiting days. Lesson to self go to a shop in future”

“I was very impressed with how easy they were to order. the lights came in the time they said. They were packed so as they would not get damaged. They were exactly as shown and give lovely lighting to my kitchen. I would order from this company again . Very efficient.”

“I have not received my goods & they have lied to me. They do not respond to emails even though they claim they have. One phone line is permanently engaged the other comes up as Unversal Wood Products and they put the phone down on you. When I kept ringing back I got told lies about the delivery just having been sent out and it would be with me next day.”

“This was a replacement part I needed for the under-kitchen cupboard light. Surprisingly, 2 electrical shops near me weren't interested in looking and advised me I probably wouldn't be able to get one the same as it was likely too old. It was only 8 years old. I think they wanted me to rewire the whole lighting under the kitchen cabinets. I came home and found several on the web without any problem but your one looked more or less identical in the fitting The package came from you very quickly and was perfect for the job. Took me 10 minutes to replace it. I won't be bothering with those 2 shops again.”
