“I ordered the tv colour changing backlight, I was sent the normal white ones I rang up and spoke to John who said he'll send me The correct ones , I thought he wouldn't tbh but he did. It was solved and parcel came within two days. Great service. The product is good too but it just doesn't really stick onto the tv with the adhesive that's already on there”
