“Orderd and payed for a light never received any delivery or tracking information. After 4 days rang them and was told it would be arriving the next day . After 8 days the light had not arrived so contacted PayPal and the light supplier refunded me the next day ? I won't use them again”

“I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend this company to my friends and I was very impressed that I received a call from them to rectify my order as I chose different shades of light and the phone call made me really happy as this meant they care and its not all about the money but customer Satisfaction I'm a very very happy customer and have placed more orders and pleased with them to , keep up the good work and may your business proper .”

“I ordered the unit and when it arrived I thought I'd ordered or been sent the incorrect one, as the specifications/model numbers etc didn't quite match the old one that I was replacing. I sent a message back to the guys at Light Supplier to query this, who then immediately called me and explained the units come from different suppliers, which is sometimes why they may not match exactly, but it's safe and would do the job. It certainly did and the under cupboard lighting looks fab! First class service and customer care, thank you”
