“Good product , pretty fast delivery ( although it could be a tad faster) . Only issue is that the two cob lights which I ordered where packaged in small cardboard boxes + blister + plastic pouch…. but the 2 little boxes were then packages into a box about 10 times their combined sizes . Such a waste of packaging . Please send your products in much smaller boxes : SAVE THE PLANET … PLEASE . Keep packaging to a minimum and stop packaging stuff in plastic PLEASE ! Be responsible .”

“I bought a led driver. It matched the one I was replacing and I was keen to get a straight replacement. Unfortunately the description was deliberately vague as it had no plug on the end like my own one. I managed to get it to work but I could have bought similar from the kitchen coy. and saved my self £3.95 postage.”

“Article itself was fine, nice colour of light. A bit surprised that the item came without a fitted plug, l have a tool box and know how to fit one so no problem for me.”

“Supplier sent order via Royal Mail and as I have found in the past, if you don’t pay for tracking with Royal Mail, your parcel will go ‘missing’. Sinister that this happens regularly with Royal Mail! Cannot send again as there is not enough of the articles in stock to re-send and had to get a refund. Dump Royal Mail and go with DPD, they are far superior to any other delivery systems out there.”

“When the order arrived it was missing a link cable + one was damaged & not in a plastic sleeve + all the boxes for the five lamps had the ends broken I reported this to the Royal Mail also spoke to a gent named John in the information office who was very helpful and arranged for a replacement light plus a link cable which I am still waiting for”

“I would do a review but unfortunately I still haven't received my lights. Emailed company, was told they would contact royal mail, still haven't heard anything back yet. Understandable post is a nightmare at the minute so I'm hopefully just unfortunate but think there should be more communication when issues happen this Is my reason for 3 stars”

“Very very slow at dispatching your order, so be aware of this when ordering it may use the next working day delivery but it will take them 4 or so days so send it!??”

“While the quality and price of the items sent was good, one of the items ordered ( a 500mm link cable) was apparently not in stock so they sent a substitute ( a 1000mm link cable) which is not really satisfactory, you can't just lose 500mm of surplus cable so you have to cut it and get a junction box to get round the problem.”

“I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone who gave me knowledgeable advice about what I needed to buy. I am therefore quite disappointed that even after chasing up my order (I did not receive any information about delivery) I have still not received it, 10 days after placing the order.”
