“Never received the items that I ordered. Initially email communication was good and i was informed that there had been an issue with the parcel after collection. I have since chased and had no reply as to the whereabouts of my order.”

I can only apologise that your driver never arrived due to Royal Mail and we have have had to refund the order for you due to the ongoing issues with Hafele UK in which we can not able to source new stock of this item, again apologies for the inconvenience caused.

“Very disappointed with the delivery and after service from yourself, Having paid extra for tracked delivery only to find out 1 week later that the parcel had been lost. I also sent an email asking if another could be sourced as I could not fit a different type because of dimensions and power supply etc. All you did was send a refund... A very disappointed Mr N Bolton”
