“Never received the item, contacted the company they said they would raise it with Royal Mail now offer for a refund or to send a replacement. 3-5days delivery it’s now nearly over two weeks. Can someone get intouch”

“Ordered items and payment was taken 2nd June. Nothing had arrived. I emailed on the 11th June asking when we could expect delivery and as yet have had no response until I get an email asking to write this review. I can’t review the product as I don’t have it and I can’t review the customer service as I haven’t had that yet either. I can’t answer the rest of these questions about delivery or quality. I hope they are worth the wait”

“My first order was accepted and then payment was refunded several days later without any explanation or communication. My second order was processed ten days ago and I still haven't received the goods and there has been no comms.”

“Over charged me and when I phoned to complain, I was told it was VAT, although my invoice stated the price included VAT. The person I spoke to was very abrupt and rude on the phone. The only thing he got right was to issue a full refund.”
