“Items were as advertised and arrived in good time. The only comment regards the connection to the power supply. I needed to go to the website to be sure that I understood that I could connect to the mains. The instructions with the lights and LED driver could be clearer.”

“I already knew how much I liked the product as I had purchased this item before and wanted to match the handles on a new bespoke cupboard to the existing handles in the room...so I ordered from Light Supplier as I had before. The order went missing in transit (Royal Mail; tracked...but somehow lost) but Light Supplier was superb in the way that the situation was handled...regular communication from John by email once I had reported the fact that the package had not arrived plus two phone calls and a replacement package delivered in a very timely way with a follow-up call. THIS is what good customer service looks like: absolutely exemplary. thank you”

“Received product but bag of fixings was ripped open so screws etc rattling in box. Product box also looked like it had been opened so I’m assuming this has been returned by a previous customer. Haven’t had product installed yet but concerned I may have to return it if faulty.”
