“I recently ordered from Light Supplier for the first time. They responded very promptly to a couple of queries that I had, using the facility on their website, before I placed my order & they have again been very helpful in the telephone contact that I have had with them subsequently. The underpelmet lighting that I ordered was delivered to the promised timescale & was installed by myself this morning. It is too early to comment on the longevity of the led units but at present everything is fine & I am sufficiently impressed to place an immediate repeat order.”

“Bought various LED lights and drivers. I liked the lights, (Sirius under cabinet). Delivery was slightly longer than anticipated. On unpacking, one item was incorrect (driver 6w instead of 30w ordered)- I phoned on a Friday, early morning, and was told the correct part would be dispatched immediately for overnight delivery. It did not arrive Saturday or Sunday so I emailed Monday and was then told overnight does not apply to weekends and I would receive it Monday. It didn't arrive then either, finally turned up Tuesday. This was very annoying as my electrician was waiting to install before being able to finish off.”

“Product delivered very promptly. Finish on fittings very good- brushed steel. Slight light bleed from surface mounted cover but that's the product not the supplier. All in all very pleased.”
