Ordered one plinth light 20th July. This after asking for photograph of the back of the light to see fixing and no response. I have several that have failed and wanted to see if what appears a direct replacement actually is. Today 30th July no sign of the actual plinth light and will try to request a refund.

I have not received my goods & they have lied to me. They do not respond to emails even though they claim they have. One phone line is permanently engaged the other comes up as Unversal Wood Products and they put the phone down on you. When I kept ringing back I got told lies about the delivery just having been sent out and it would be with me next day.

I would love to review this product if it had yet been delivered - it promised about 4 days and it must now be over two weeks

Ordered 4 lights 2 faulty Rang up and instead of sending 2 replacements out they sent 1 Rang and again and waited a week nothing Do I actually had to buy another one as the customer had been waiting weeks

I did 3 purchases: I have bought lights and at the next purchase i bought an 3 extensions for it, i realised that instead of 3 extensions i required 4 .. i asked if it will be possible to include one more extension to the previous order, never got the reply, and for 1 extension that costed £1.5 payed again p&p £4.5.. Its ok, i need it, but communication is 👎

Ordered and paid for the product , stock not on shelf, refund was quick to be processed, however very frustrating

Orderd and payed for a light never received any delivery or tracking information. After 4 days rang them and was told it would be arriving the next day . After 8 days the light had not arrived so contacted PayPal and the light supplier refunded me the next day ? I won't use them again

Useless & waste of time. My order for under cabinet lights has yet to be received or acknowledged. The order was placed 12 days ago and the payment has been ready with Paypal. Do I need to cancel?

Recieved items next day as paid for however when electrician tried to fit the driver was sparking. Contacted the company via phone and email and they said they woudl arrange collection, test the item then issue a new driver. 5 days later have still had no contact regarding collection. I find it ridiculous that an item that cost less then £30 needs this process and that I have still heard nothing. I have now had to order a new item and have to pay for an addition call out charge for my electrician to come out and complete the job. Will not be using this company again.

If I could score less I would!!!! Do not deal with this lot!!! Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Heard nothing since! They've even got the nerve to ask for a review!!!!

Unfortunately won't use it again, out of my order one LED driver was missing, and one was partly missing and used. I had to go elsewhere to source the missing items but did receive a partial refund I requested through PayPal.

As of today I have not received any goods that I have paid for from yourselves. This is the second time I have been requested for a review. I was waiting till I had received the goods before submitting. However as said above, paid for goods but no delivery of them yet. Order was placed on 20th December. I did check your website and there was no mention of a busy period over Xmas nor any delays in despatching goods over the festive season. Did check your website again today, still no mention of delays in despatch nor of closing down over the festive season. Did receive and invoice from yourselves for the goods paid for but no further communication My order number is 73216.

Lights not delivered, no Royal Mail slip left, contacted customer service and been told I have to wait for investigation before they will provide me with my purchase. This was last week and no further update so you have my money and no sign of my purchase or any information. Not good enough.
