“Really prompt in responding to questions about the LED lights I wanted to buy and after placing the order, delivery was really quick. My order was dispatched in two packages but the second one appeared to get lost by Royal Mail but within a few days of contacting Light Supplier they sent out another item. Haven’t fitted the lights yet so cannot comment on product but customer service is first class.”

“The information on the web site was confusing and despite a telephone call to the sales team the decision was not made clearer. I ended up purchasing lights which are far too bright for the purpose. Unfortunately this was not evident until they had been fitted at additional cost by an electrician. I am now stuck with lights that are too bright”

“Boughts three lights one would not work.Sent e-mail regarding this and had an e-mail strait away which they did.I received it today.I find your sales service on line FIRST CLASS.And also your after sales FIRST CLASS.I would give you 10 10 for both.A great many on line companys could learn a great deal how to treat customers from you. Regards VICTOR GILES”

“The light I ordered is in two parts; the light itself and the housing. I ordered the chrome finish. The light was in chrome but the housing was supplied in a different finish - brushed stainless steel, so they don't match.”

“The lights were fairy straight forward to install. They look good but seem be a bit dimmer than 20w halogen bulbs. If you want to be able to prepare food with these lights on only, they must be spaced no further apart than 500mm. Light Supplier gave me good advice about the light system and were delivered on time. Overall very pleased.”

“The light emitting from these square LED lamps is really bright & pleasant. I stuck the lights above my kitchen sink onto the under-side of a varnished shelf. I advise using the included small fixing screws though because one of the sticky pads failed within a week. Fortunately, the cable length I gave the light prevented it from falling into the sink which was full of dish water.”
