Bought 3 low voltage lights based on several previous purchases from yourselves. Unfortunately when they arrived (having been delivered a day late and to the wrong address) I found that these are totally incompatible with my existing system, the way they fix to the cable is completely different. This was not obvious from the website, as these look identical to one of the lights I already have from you. Therefore I cannot use them and irritatingly have had to pay to return them. Disappointed.

Extremely efficient delivery and returns service - unfortunately the quality of the lights was very poor and not worth the money they cost.

Placed an order on the 19th Dec and received an email shortly after saying the item was in stock so I was hoping to install before NYE as next day delivery was offered. Offices qwre closed between Christmas and new year so chased for an update on the 3rd Jan and was told it would be dispatched on the 10th. No reasons given for the delay and no response to my email when I asked why a stock item was taking so long to deliver.

Expensive to return. The photo is deceptive - it's much bigger than it looks so check dimensions. I've had to return it. This cost £6.50. Many other retailers have free returns - especially those that only sell online. So I will not use Lighting Direct again unless they change this and offer free returns.

Ordered a string of Festoon outdoor lighting Order promptly dispatched and delivered in good condition. Didn`t like the fact that overnight the price was reduced 40% and unable to supply festoon bulbs to fit with no idea when they would be in stock again. Overall disapointed

Not yet received my item .I was told on tracker it was delivered but no information given on where the parcel was left .Neither of my neighbours have received it .No response yet from customer services unfortunately

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t even been dispatched. When I emailed to ask what was going on they replied saying they are planning on dispatching the items 7 days later. What sort of nonsense is that, not dispatching an order for close to 3 weeks. Website and range of lights is good, so I think they deserve 2 stars but I also think I’m being generous at that.

At first, I was delighted with my purchases of 2 lamps. Two months on, the base of one is changing colour. I have contacted Customer Services to see if this is normal and have not heard back from them. So I’m afraid I have been left feeling very disappointed.

Whilst the quality of the product is great and item was well packaged and arrived promptly I’m really disappointed as they are black. The website description and picture is anthracite grey which is what I thought I had ordered

Didn't expect a continental plug - we checked every detail we could before ordering as we needed a light we could plug in but nowhere did it say it wasn't a UK plug.

I purchased 5 LED candle bulbs, one was faulty and shorted to the bulb case, This blew my dimmer switch they replaced the bulb but not the dimmer which was disappointing,

Thank you for getting in touch. As advise the dimmer switch required for use with these bulbs is an LED Compatible Dimmer Switch and we do advise this in various places on the website. We were happy to send out a replacement bulb as a gesture of goodwill. The Customer Care Team

Completely not your error but the delivery company you use is useless. My item has been sent to a different address and delivery driver is unable to get hold of where he’s put the item and the customer service is not helpful at all. Unfortunately don’t have my item I ordered.

Still haven't received delivery! Not surprised as Evri/Hermes are completely useless..... I strongly advise to use a different delivery company.

Not a bad site to order from- took a while to send the delivery out and was let down a second time by the delivery company. booked the job in for what I was told delivery would be - not turned up -tried to deliver elsewhere and waited two more days to receive ! messed my working week up. Next time I will order from here a couple of weeks in advance - maybe lighting direct should select a different courior service

Light arrived broken so I had to return it. Then I had no idea whether a replacement would automatically be sent so had to send a follow up email to ask. Turned out a replacement hadn't been sent after all.
