“The floor light arrived ahead of scheduled time BUT the box was slightly crushed and the light had a chip around the rim 😩 which was somewhat disappointing because it’s a really nice light.”

“I think the description is a little misleading as it said it was Smokey grey, when in fact it is a silver mirror ball. it certainly looks much better when lit but clearly most of the time in the day it isn't. However, it is a very nice light and the size does make it impressive.”

“Brilliant range of lighting & item came well boxed only problem I found was when I purchased the item it said pay express delivery for Sunday which I payed and it turned up Tuesday”

“Ordered outside and inside lights for new extension. Dealing with Lighting Direct was no problem. Delivery by Evri was a nightmare. We did not know where our package was. Tried to contact them with no luck they rely on computers as they want no contact with the public. In the end had to send email to LD to find out where our delivery was. LD sorted out the problem for us and we have just taken delivery of our goods after 6 days not knowing where they were. Five stars for LD Customer Services. Zero stars for Evri.”

“After my order was delivered broken I emailed the office to explain what happened and could I re order the order was put straight in and it arrived within two days well packaged and more to the point not broken I must say the items were broken in transit very happy with products and excellent customer service will happily order again”

“What can I say. What a fantastic company to deal with. Ordered the lights Saturday afternoon with great ease on the website. Arrived promptly Monday morning with continuous updates on progress. Unfortunately two where damaged. Due to courier we suspect. Quick Email. Had a phone call from a lovely Lady who couldn’t be more apologetic who sent two more lights out overnight which I have just received in perfect condition. Amazing service. Other companies could learn a lot from these people. Pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend. Cheers John.”
