“Delivery was quick and smooth. However, the packaging seems not good enough to protect the product as there's only a cling film mounted on the product, wrapped with a very thin layer of corrugated cardboard labelled 'FRAGILE'. I would appreciate that minimal packageing is good for the environment, but if the product is labelled as fragile, something more should be added to protect the product rather then just a very thin layer of paper wrapped around and sent out to the customer. You can see there's a dent on the Ledvance Value 24W Cool White LED Slim Batten - 5ft Single SKU: 62504. Please see attached pictures.”

“Impressed with the service - ordered one day and arrived the next. The only puzzling thing was the fact that two small bell batteries the size of a 10p piece arrived in a box measuring 9" by 6" when they could have been put in an padded envelope. They were very well protected though, so can't really complain.”

“Very happy with my floor uplighter, good quality and does the job perfectly. Not so happy with delivery as I hoped that paying £3+ it would be brought to flat door rather than dumped in communal hallway. I would rather wait a bit longer for royal mail delivery as they always deliver to door.”

“Yes very easy to install, and I chose 5 different styles to highlight different parts of the garden. My only thought is to plan your installation, and make sure you get a buggiest transformer so you can add lights later.”
