“The product I ordered is perfect for what I want. They advised only one was in stock and the others will follow - I did have to chase up the one but literally got it the next day - I am awaiting the rest of the order so I can re-cycle my outside lanterns !”

“Lighting direct and their customer service team were fine. However the bedside light took longer to deliver than I expected and the product though stylish is K RAP even fir the mist patient assembler the set up to get the cover the bits etc in place are dreadful. How so something so simple can be so frustrating is ridiculous to get everything in place it even comes with a faux plastic wine opener as part of the solution. Straight in the bin and ordered elsewhere.”
