The advertisement states next day delivery, in fact the light was delivered some three weeks later! They kept me well informed which made me rate their service to two stars instead one.

My billing address is different from my delivery address. I spoke to an advisor the get this changed, she confirmed the delivery address had been corrected but the item had been delivered to my billing address incorrectly. Resulting in having to have a long trip to pick it up. the response to my complaint aims to be sympathetic but the respondents do not get the point and are not resolution focused.

Our team works very hard to provide excellent customer care so I am very sorry you are disappointed with us.    We did indeed dispatch the order to the address you provided on-line at the time of your transaction on   You subsequently contacted us a number of days later to advise you had provided the wrong shipping address to us. We endeavoured to correct this via electronic messaging to DPD unfortunately the consignment by that time was with the driver as I understand, and very close to the point of delivery.  The message therefore it would seem did not get through in time to the drivers pad.  A note of our communication to DPD at 10:08 on 22nd January can be viewed on the tracking information for your order.  Order confirmations are emailed on completion of every transaction and we do suggest that if customers  have not already reviewed the details of their order before paying, that they do so at this point.  This will allow our Customer Care Team us to address any question or query in a timely manner.   I hope you are delighted with your purchases and will shop with us again very soon. Goods arrived in very poor condition due to inadequate packing. Customer Services were helpful enough when contacted but replacement goods were not in stock. A further e mail from Customer Services indicated a delivery date of partial replacement of January 16th. Nothing arrived. Additional goods not available until January 30th.

Customer care did not believe I had bought the items at 20% off in the Black Friday sale. When I responded that I was right, and had received theee more emails offering the sale I received a very rude response, so I would not buy from you or recommend you to others again. A pity, as I like your products, but customer care is more important

Both of the two lights we purchased had broken glass shades, we are now waiting for replacement shades to be provided Packaging of the shades was totally inadequate.

The delivery of the items I ordered did not arrive when promised. The order was for 5 different items two of which were reported as not being immediately available but a delivery date was given which I accepted. One of the shortage items was in fact delivered with the main quantity but the whole was 2 days late. The other shortage was promised for delivery 12th November and it still has not arrived (10 days late and counting). This item was actually the bulbs for the lights. The whole order value was over £350 so I am not happy with having paid so much for lights which I can't use.

I initially ordered 3 fisherman pendant lights and 2 iDual ceiling lights. I had to amend the order to one large fisherman pendant and customer service was great. However, when the lights arrived, 2 out of 3 were faulty (bent or cracked) They arranged collection for the next day and I'm now awaiting a refund..

My purchase was to be delivered between 3-5 days, over a month later still not got it yet. No one from the company contacted me to explain the item was out of stock, I called 3 times before someone who told me they would call me back did.
