“I have been asked to provide a review less than 24 hours after the item was delivered. Guess what, I've not had a chance to fit it yet nor are there any bulbs to test it when it is fitted. I wish companies would stop sending automated messages that clearly indicate no desire to engage personally with their customers”

“At first, I was delighted with my purchases of 2 lamps. Two months on, the base of one is changing colour. I have contacted Customer Services to see if this is normal and have not heard back from them. So I’m afraid I have been left feeling very disappointed.”

“There are slightly cheaper deals to be had for the same product, Have used Lighting Direct before, lights are guaranteed, one failed, replaced with no problems, and posted the next day. I think it is worth paying a bit more for this type of service. nice people to deal with.”
