“Simple to order came in good time. Goods received seem of quality made fittings( have not hung so can’t comment on function). European plug but comes with small and compact plug converter.”

“I ordered some lights in October 2024. Unfortunately, although showing in stock I then received notification they were not available and given a date for the next delivery in November. That date came and went, called up to be given a date in December. That date came and went, called up given another date in Jan 2025 yes you’ve guessed it that date came and went and was given another date in January, where this time they did actually arrive before the date. I was given the option for a refund during the process but I wanted these ones because they match others I already had. Having said all that the customer service team could not have been more apologetic… would I use them again, yes probably I would due to the great manner I was spoken to and the apologies.”

“A really good choice of lighting solutions. I was interested in a pendant light. I ordered the one I liked and it arrived super fast. Not installed yet but looks to be good quality. Many thanks and if I need any lighting in the future I will be back.”

“Not only a great choice of light fittings, but a great service as well. The goods were order and arrived the next day even though ordered on a Sunday, they were well packed therefore arrived in perfect condition. “Products ordered not as described on website. Many inconsistencies with product description and actual product received. Have emailed customer service and no response after two days. Very poor customer service as this should be resolved ASAP.”

“All items delivered promptly as ordered and as described on the web-site. My only (minor) comment would be that the item size wasn't always obvious, though I found everything eventually. I can't review the items yet as it's too cold for the electrician to get outside and fit them!”
