“The light we ordered arrived broken. The box was in good condition so it may well have come from the factory like it. However when we returned it, although it was credited without fuss, our return postage wasn’t refunded so we are £6.50 down with nothing to show for it. There was no choice to use a cheaper courier either.”

“Purchased 2 wall lights and a matching centre light. I had planned to buy the same lights from John Lewis but at a total cost of almost £200 more than the same 3 items from LD.
