“I haven't actually ordered anything from you yet - my complaint is about your 'technical' department, who apparently don't really know what they are talking about. I called the other day, as I was having difficulty finding measuring information for roller blinds for sliding doors (width 216 cm). The person who I spoke to me assured me that I couldn't have a single roller blind as fabric - Pearl Silver - wasn't the right fabric for that. When I asked if I could have 2 blinds, the answer was an emphatic no, and your employee assured me that you couldn't help me with my request for blinds. Fortunately, I wasn't prepared to give up, and after a fair bit of digging on your website, found a sheet describing exactly what your idiot said couldn't be done - namely how to measure a sliding door for roller blinds. My order for these blinds and three other windows would have totalled around £600, but if this is the calibre of staff you employ I have deep reservations about using your company. Whether or not I place my order with you, I think it's important that you understand just how much business you could be losing due to ill-informed and badly trained staff. I was really angry at having been misled, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to have experienced this.”

I am so sorry about this you are right you can have 2 x blinds for sliding doors and I am glad you have now located the measuring instructions. If you have time would you mind emailing me the name of who you spoke to in customer services so I can ensure that any gaps in their training is filled in asap. sorry again and thanks for the feedback Kind regards Naomi

“Blinds sent with wrong instructions in, emailed and had new instructions sent but to measure you need to know spring size and there is no reference to this anywhere. Emailed with no response, called at 4.45pm and was told that was the out of hours line and they can't answer. Very poor service, been waiting to install my blinds for 2 days now”

“The eta on the website of when blinds will be made and dispatched does not match with the actual eta. The blinds I order over a week ago have still not been made yet. It’s a standard Velux blind, standard size. There are other blind sites who can do next day delivery for the same price. You also get sent daily spam from Lifestyleblinds which have nothing to do with your order, or even ask for a review which inspired this when they haven’t dispatched the blinds yet. I contacted customer services and was told I would be waiting at least another week before it is made. If I had faith in getting a refund I would have cancelled by now, but other reviews say this is not easy to get. Hopefully I’ll end up with my blinds but I will never use this company again.”

So sorry Michael. We do feel that this wording on every page of the website relating to blinds for Keylite windows is clear but we will try to tweak the wording to make it clearer. ***Our blinds are NOT compatible with white pvc Keylite® windows. These codes will begin with PO or TO***

“‘Right from the guidance regarding the measurement to the placing of the order, I cannot fault lifestyle blind at any stage. They were thoroughly professional and responded to queries promptly and efficiently. The quality of the blinds were perfect as was the measurement. The installation guide was also very helpful. Overall, I am delighted with the service and quality of lifestyle blind and will not hesitate to recommended them and will definitely make further purchases through them’”
