Beautiful blinds embossed grain in white didnt have the required size tape. Contacted us immediately to either choose diferent or refund. Or if can wait couple of weeks for correct ones. Which we where happy with. Definitely recommend and will deffo use again in future thanks

Had to chase as not updated. Then instead of phoning was sent email stating will be delay of further week and no delivery date due to courier firms being so busy yet I ordered other blinds from different company on same day and received 4 days later ( incl weekend)

Hi I am so sorry you didn't leave a name or a number we don't have record of this. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Replacement slats ordered 25th November. No update until I requested one and was told they won't even leave the factory until 7th December, then to allow extra time for delivery as the couriers are struggling! This is for slats only, which should be a quick turnaround surely? Just hoping there's no issue when (if) they do actually arrive.

Hi there These slats should have been with you in about 10 working days so it looks like the time quoted was right. Sorry for any miscommunication and I can see you have the blinds now and I hope you are happy with them?
I ordered a 'made to measure' roller blind so it would be the correct size and avoid rough cut edges, it was supplied having clearly been cut with a pair of scissors. The mechanism is not properly centered on the roller so it bobs up and down slightly when in operation. All in all you get what you pay for and this is poor show from a British company!

Hi there Sorry about the finish on the blind. Our blinds are cut by a guilottine but the finish does look bad. Did you get a remake? Sorry about the issue.
Sadly every time I tried to lower the blind they kept falling down, the pins very short so builder remeasured the area ad it was the correct size, basically down to the short pins.

Excellent customer service, delivery speed, and super protective packaging. I would return!! Just a suggestion though, perhaps change your website recess reduction for rails to match what the factory's use i.e. website = 10mm though factory uses 5mm. It made an additional cost difference for me.

Although the company was nice to send us samples and reply to our questions, the received items had some parts broken and I specifically ask for a type of hangers and they just ignored my request. I feel that they are very keen on customer service before the sale but once paid, they just ignore you.
