Very good service , could do with more information with pictures : ie small face & large face , if ordering replacement slats & need wand u need to change rail & they say u cannot order separately . Despite going back & forth several times on text messages & few phone calls service is good in communicating .
As for delivery , it is still in process .
They have several manufacturers to make ur orders , which I was not expecting .

Order took longer than expected to arrive and 2 of the 3 blinds ordered were the wrong size, wrong design and wrong colour and do not reflect what was written on the invoice that came with them. Trying to resolve the issue with the company has lead to multiple insinuations of customer error despite photos proving otherwise. Currently on 3rd email sent with photos and no closer to resolution. Requesting a full refund and do not recommend.
