“Customer service is good but the product has become faulty within 4 weeks. I've not used the room much and the blind has probably only been operated two or three times but the brush tape has come loose and pulled back inside the cartridge - now it can't be operated properly and the blind is creased and folded.”

“Order information does not include estimated delivery date, why not, this is normal practice. How will I know when my order is completed and shipped, unless you tell me? Why are you asking me to review your company before I have even received the product I purchased?”
