Blind was just as expected from photo on website. Very happy with purchase and goes well with my new kitchen. Arrived a few days earlier than I expected.

Good quality blinds and it makes our room much darker. Would have liked some tracking information for the blinds, but apart from that they are great.

The blinds are great however the shipping was a problem as it was shipped to the billing address not the shipping address. School boy error means I now have to sort it out

Customer service is good but the product has become faulty within 4 weeks. I've not used the room much and the blind has probably only been operated two or three times but the brush tape has come loose and pulled back inside the cartridge - now it can't be operated properly and the blind is creased and folded.

Order information does not include estimated delivery date, why not, this is normal practice. How will I know when my order is completed and shipped, unless you tell me? Why are you asking me to review your company before I have even received the product I purchased?

Only asked for a sample and I've been hounded by WhatsApp, email and reviews. I don't make a habit of leaving bad reviews and allow a company to resolve an issue but this is harassment.
