“After a slight problem understanding the online ordering terminology everything worked out fine. The blind rail is of the narrower format but it comes with fixing clips so no problem. The rail comes with 13 slat hooks per side (centre split) and we only had 12 slats per side, but that didn't present any problems, just miss one out. Transit box arrived broken open but nothing appeared damaged or missing, thankfully. Generally it was a good experience dealing with Lifestyleblinds.”

“We found the process of ordering the replacement slats very easy. There was a nice selection and we're pleased with the choice we made. The blinds have made a big difference, they've brightened the place up, out old ones were a bit grotty. Delivery was quicker than we exprected.”

“The blinds were delivered early, meant to be despatched on 1st July but delivered on26 june, but withour tracking information. when delivered the slats were in a box which i found easily, but did not notice that the rail was left lying on the ground. Only found when someone else came to the door and told me it was there., The packaging for the rail was broken and when i took the rail out of the packaging you could immediately see that it was bent and unusable. I have contacted Lifestyle Blinds and a day later they said they would send a replacement, which will not be here for a few days. Lifestyle Blinds say that I will have to dispose of this, but as the rail is 2.9 Metres long it will be difficult to get to the tip. The courier who delivered it knocked on the door but by the time I got there he was in his van so even if I had found it immediately I would not have been able to fetch him back.”

“I requested some samples for a new bathroom blind. They are useful to get a feel for the material and to check the colours against other fittings. However, for larger patterns, a small sample doesn’t really help visualise it in your room. Perhaps you could add a visualisation tool that allows me to photograph my room and see your blinds in it.”
