“The service was very poor. I ordered my replacement slats on the 2nd of December and have only just received them on the 8th of January. The only good thing out of the customer service was a woman called Naomi Showman. She took up my complaint and had them delivered to me within the week.”

“The blind arrived on the date promised. It was well packaged and easy to assemble/install. Unfortunately we had a problem with it sticking when opening and closing.
