“Ordered 2 blinds for loft windows that are at least 20 years old. Told they would need to be made to measure and would take a week, as my windows weren't now available. All I needed to do was to provide the measurements. Here we are a week later and the blinds I received fitted perfectly and were up in 15 minutes. Could not be happier. Cooler summers here we come.”

“We have not yet hung the blinds. This is because we did not receive the parts and fittings as described on the website to hang the blinds. It has taken over a week to get the end plates sent to us and to be told that from now on the factory simply doesn't supply the screws and rawl plugs. Ms Showman was very pleasant and apologetic on the phone; however the fact remains that we did not receive what we had ordered and I had even requested a sample fitting pack because I was concerned about fitting the blinds. This was supplied with all fittings included; hence our expectation. I do hope the blinds are acceptable when we hang them.”

“the blind was has described and delivered on time with only one problem that being a chrome chain was ordered and paid for but it came with the white plastic chain. Can I make a suggestion the length of chain would be better if it was longer for the greater drop it's short by 24 inches.”
