"I saw Lifestyle online and made an initial enquiry before making an appointment with Damian who discussed the options available. Explaining the product of an Icotherm insulated conservatory roof, and was able to advise\/explain the benefits. The process was very smooth from initial planning, and communication from Chris and Damian was excellent from start to finish.\r\nI am very happy with how the conservatory looks, a definite improvement from the original polycarbonate roof. The two fitters that came to remove the old and fit the new frames and roof were extremely professional and polite explaining what would be carried out each day and answering questions or comments I had. When the work was competed each day the area was left tidy, and comments from my next door neighbour was she never knew they were there.\u00a0\r\n\r\nI would definitely use Lifestyle again, 100%."

"4 replacement windows fitted to the front of our house, facing the street so looking good was important. We chose the residence collection R9 windows in light oak finish. We have had people ask if they are wood or plastic, so I'm quite pleased that they are not obviously plastic. Service was good right from the start, excellent surveyor who measured everything very carefully due to the openings in the wall not being square. It's an old house and there's been some subsidence many years ago. Fitters were very good, they took great care not to damage the wallpaper in the 2 bedrooms so that after the timber reveals we're replaced there was no remedial work required. A minor adjustment was required to one of the opening windows and this was done promptly. Overall very satisfied."

The construstion work went exactly to schedule and the site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are both extremely happy with our new conservatory roof. "We cannot recommend lifestyle enough.\u00a0\r\n\r\nWe had 7 replacement windows and got a couple of other quotes as well as lifestyle.We made the decision to go with lifestyle who were honest they would likely not be the cheapest option but with good reason (quality of service). They were competitive with their quotes and we decided given\u00a0 lifestyles reviews we preferred to go with them than look for the cheapest.\u00a0Robert did our initial meeting (and quote), friendly and honest, knowledgeable and in no way pushy. He was patient taking time to explain the processes and benefits of the company, the products etc.\u00a0\r\n\r\nDan came to do the survey and was equally friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He worked quietly and explained his plans on terms of window fitting (from inside or out) and the reasons.\u00a0\u00a0\r\n\r\nAnt and Dan fitted the windows are were polite, worked quietly and effectively whilst being friendly including to our 6 year old who is incredibly nosey\u00a0 at the best of times. They kept us informed of the things they were doing and what they needed of anything.They were clean and tidy when they left they were courteous to our home, everything you would look for when someone is in your environment.\u00a0\r\n\r\nFinally,\u00a0Chris Vincent (director)\u00a0 has also been a total pleasure to liaise with from his initial thank you for our custom to checking in the night the windows were completed .\u00a0Lifestyle came with a remarkable review presence online and I can honestly say they surpassed our expectations. This company is honest, quality based and service driven to ensure great products, great fitting and great customer service.
