I also purchased a dog coat; however, I mistakenly ordered the XS size, which turned out to be too small for her. I reached out to their customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were. They quickly arranged for an exchange to a larger size, so everything worked out perfectly.
Another standout product has been the Luxury Soft Chenille Microfiber Drying Mit Towel. This towel has been a godsend for drying Sophie's paws after using her automatic paw cleaner. It’s incredibly absorbent and soft, making the whole process much easier and more comfortable for her.
