“I paid for 2 day delivery and it’s been a month since my purchase I also sent a email out to Steve a week ago and still no response.. very poor customer service overall”
“I am very unsatisfied, I do not receive the products yet and I paid more to replace original order to receive the product faster but at this moment I did not have receive the products and no body call me from USPS to coordinate the delivery of them. I call the phone provided but not one attend my calls, just the automatic system show me the same information that I see at webpage, products are here in my city but nobody call me to delivery them to me.

“I just received a shipment this week that I ordered TWO MONTHS AGO. When the product was not going to arrive by the date I needed it, I asked them to canel my order and promptly refund my card. They did not refund my card or cancel my order. When I opened the box, there was dog hair in the box. I love dogs, but I'm glad the product was in a plastic bag. I am pleased with the product, but disappointed in the service of this company,”
