“I said I wanted to take out a policy for 30 pounds a month and said that I wanted written correspondence as I'm not good on computers and I have not had anything from them . They told me to register online and couldn't as I had no number to put in .I don't even no if I have this insurance and can't get any response .if I don't have word by letter I will not be paying direct debits .”

“The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and diligently explained each point to me. Although it was painstakingly long because of all the policies he had to read out to me, he was nice about it, almost apologetic, which made it worthwhile. I believe we even made a joke or two. Now I wish I could remember his name.”
