“I applied for a specific policy with 1 company. I got a call back and thought this might be a scam. But, it wasn't and I got a very good quote for another provider. The agent was very clear too about all the details about the policy. Just all round good service providing unbiased and independent information.”

“I was called promptly with details of the cover. With the advisors help we decided on a slightly different cover as first requested. She was not pushy and listened to my needs and went away and came back with what i asked for. She had to call me numerous times as i was busy and kept having to end the calls abruptly. This she took without complaint and just rearranged another call. Once settled she called again a couple of weeks later just to confirm i was happy with the policy. All in all a fantastic polite advisor and a suitable policy for my needs. Thank you”
