“The advisor was very helpful, explaining very clearly about the policy. The advisor answered all my questions patiently and clearly. The only drawback was the advisor arranged with me to ring back one week later. I waited in for the whole day but no call. A different advisor rang back two weeks later to check that everything was going OK. Maybe I am cynical but I thought they have my business now I am not a priority, new business is the priority. There was no three star rating so I gave a four.”
