I ordered the package for my elderly mother. Ordering was very simple and friendly. And it arrived within 24 hours. The installation was quite easy. The first and subsequent fuction checks have all been quick and easy. Mum wears the button as a necklace all the time. I just hope that she will never have to use it, but if she does, I am confident about the service.

There has been a couple of occasions when my father in law has pressed his alarm by mistake. I was very impressed by the quick reaction to the alarm.

Excellent it was easy to set up and the people on the end of the phone were lovely. My mum had a fall and pressed the fob and we had a call straight away and were able to help her . I would recommend lifeline to anyone with an elderly relative on their own.

I purchased this service for my Mother, as a sheltered housing Manager, we have the same in house service, and know how valuable it is to have this life line for vulnerable people. I have been more than pleased, although we have not had to call upon them for an emergency, I can confirm when we have pressed the pendant to test or Mum has done it accidentally the operator has answered very quickly

The service was very prompt and efficient. I couldn't say how easy it is to install as my son, an electrician, put it in for me. The cord on my pendant has become rather grubby as I wear it day and night. I intend to get a chain instead. I think it would be a good idea if you were to offer a fine/light stainless steel chain as an optional extra.

Quick delivery, no problems. We set up the unit and tested, it worked with no issues. Lifeline 24 is recommended!

Everything we have found with your system is excellent. Because I have arthritis I could not activate the emergency button, my husband contacted you and got a plastic "key" which enables me to operate button easily, 'tis very sensitive , possibly abit too sensitive. Perhaps it would be a good idea to show this plastic key on your website.. In summary, i am very very pleased with my Lifeline24.

We haven't had lifeline very long, but already I feel very reassured that my wife has her pendant and the support staff to assist her if ever the need should arise.

Product arrived quickly, was easy to set up and so far has been 100% reliable. Call staff are always very helpful although thankfully not had to use them in an emergency. would recommend Lifeline to any who needed the peace of mind the service gives.

My equipment arrived well [n time, and as promised I found it easy to set up. The only problem I have found is the wrist strap being too loose and slipping round and caused a false alarm when I didn't realise it had moved and pressed by accident. Otherwise OK/

Hi Thomas. Thank you for your review! The wrist strap can actually be adjusted to suit whatever size you need it to be. If you open the clip, pull the band through to the correct size and then close the clip, this should make it the correct size for you. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, quick delivery and easy to set up. Be aware that the alarm box has to be plugged on to the main phone line in socket though, which wasn't mentioned to me before delivery. I would recommend Lifeline 24 for peace of mind.

I am pleased to say dad has not needed to use his alarm because of any problem or Emergency, however it gives both himself and family peace of mind whenever he is home alone!
