“My Father suffered a stroke recently that has affected his mobility. He is an independent soul and is working hard to regain as much movement as he can. The issue for the family is how can we be confident that a fall won't leave him trapped and unable to get help. With really straightforward installation and sensible pricing options Lifeline24 gives us all a bit more peace of mind. It really is remarkably easy to install and the range covers the whole house and garden. While I hope we never need it, I think the reassurance it offers is really valuable.”

“The unit arrived the next day and very easy to set up. Unfortunately, due to a fall, I had to press the button a few days after installation. But I was so glad I had made this purchase as my daughter was with me within 20 minutes and abe to help me. Fantastic purchase and would highly recommend.”

“Within 5 days of purchasing and setting up Lifeline24 for my elderly parents, my mum had a fall. The response team called the paramedics, so help was on hand within an half an hour. I would thoroughly recommend Lifeline24 for their service.”

“Easy, straightforward setup of the base station and the team that answer calls seem super friendly. There was a power cut recently and my mum was very surprised but also reassured that they gave her a call to check everything was ok and asked her to give her button a press to let them know power had been restored. A great service”

“Brought it online and within 24 hours it was set up... 48 hours later I got a call saying the alarm had been activated but they could not work out what the person was saying; My father had fallen in his room and the door closed in the process, fortunately, because he wore his Lifeline bracelet we had been able to go to aid with 20 minutes of it happening. Previously, he had fallen in his room at 4 am and had to wait until 8 am for my Mother to find him, so Lifeline paid for itself within 48 hours... its a great little security device.”
