“Alarm unit and service are first class but only 3 stars because I ordered my unit February 10th. which was delivered next day as promised but I am still waiting for my key safe which was paid for at the same time.”

“I haven’t had to use the emergency call out yet,but thank you very much for your quick and helpful response to my order. The equipment came by return of post,was fairly easy to connect, and was tested and ready for use within a couple of hours . I have not as yet tested it from the garden.”

“Speedy next day delivery. All questions answered immediately via live web chat giving me the confidence to choose ordering Life Line after researching other personal alarms. Easy to set up and immediate clear, loud and friendly re-assuring response from a team member upon testing for the first time. I live alone and now me and my family have peace of mind that I have immediate assistance at the press of a button should I need it especially as I have a tendency to fall! Good price too.”

“I arranged Lifeline at the last minute for my mum as I was going to be away for a few days and wanted the extra peace of mind - not thinking it would be needed. The kit arrived on time and was very easy to set up and we had it working in no time. Unfortunately my mum did have a few falls while I was away and used her button. The response was swift and effective and also very kind and reassuring to my mum. It now feels like an additional safe pair of hands and a reassurance to all the family.”

“Excellent BUT.....I gave your number to my friend in London as she had lost her husband the previous week, she waited for 45 minutes and STILL no response. So I telephoned you asking that YOU should phone her, which you failed to do. For that you get VERY POOR.”

“The alarm was easy to order online and arrived quickly. Setting it up was quick and the staff were helpful. It would have been useful to know the exact questions required for registering in advance as i did it online and had to check back with mum. Overall a good service.”
