“I got this for my mother who is 92, independent and lives alone, though she has relatives who live nearby. Since she has started using the Lifeline 24 system she feels much more secure knowing that if she does need assistance then she can call for it without needing to get to the phone, as well as any falls being detected. She has accidentally activated the unit a few times but this is a bonus in a way as it has reassured her that it works! Highly recommended.”

“My lifeline came within 24 hours of being ordered thank you. I think the installation instructions could not be made more easy to follow. After installation I waited something over 24 hours, pressed the button for a test which was successful. I am now hoping that for a long time the only reason to press the button will be for a test. Thank you Lifeline 24 once again.”

“The lifeline was delivered in the post very quickly and was easy to connect. The staff answered straight away when we press our alarm buttons. The alarm gives our family peace of mind in the knowledge that we will get assistance and they will be notified in an emergency. I would highly recommend a lifeline, and lifeline24.”

“I was going to buy the Appello system but Mrs. Mary Dawe of Abbotts field Crescent, Tavistock recommended your system to me, and at the same time pointed out to me that we would both receive a £15 M,&S. voucher, but to date no voucher has been received by Mrs. Dawe or I, Thank you D.G.Pridham.”

“Product arrived promptly and securely packaged. having completed the forms online there was some delay and confusion with the email responses in hat we had one reply stating that the forms had been completed but not retuned then another saying that they had been returned! following a brief phone call all was resolved. Set-up , easy on my own and needed help from my son. good testing system.”

“First class service, alarm arrived with 48hrs as wasn’t in when the Royal Mail tried to deliver. Easy to install although being disabled have had to wait for son in law to install.”
