“Delivery on time as advertised.Equipment very neat and pleasing to the eye. Calll button unobtrusive and a nice size Lifeline now gives peace of mind to my son and daughter, and for myself as well”

“Processed order online, received next day as promised - set up was easy, testing the alarm - was answered promptly by young lady who was really friendly and gives me confidence I have made the right choice in choosing Lifeline 24 as my service provider. “lifeline arrived promptly and after we managed to work out how to install it we tested it with you and it seemed to work well. I cant remember who delivered it whether it was postman or courier!”

“Lifeline arrived a little later than expected but it is a busy time of the year! For the same reason I have not installed the Lifeline nor had the keysafe fitted yet. I hope to have these things done as soon as the person is available.”

“Thankfully we have not yet needed to use the Lifeline yet however the speed and efficiency of the response to the test call when setting up the system was very good and confidence-inspiring adding to the peace of mind the system gives.”

“I got this for my mother who is 92, independent and lives alone, though she has relatives who live nearby. Since she has started using the Lifeline 24 system she feels much more secure knowing that if she does need assistance then she can call for it without needing to get to the phone, as well as any falls being detected. She has accidentally activated the unit a few times but this is a bonus in a way as it has reassured her that it works! Highly recommended.”

“My lifeline came within 24 hours of being ordered thank you. I think the installation instructions could not be made more easy to follow. After installation I waited something over 24 hours, pressed the button for a test which was successful. I am now hoping that for a long time the only reason to press the button will be for a test. Thank you Lifeline 24 once again.”
