Still working on setup,hope to be there soon. Got key safe for later. Fall down apparently included in appliance provided. Sorry card been compromised I have contacted bank. I now have to wait few days to get this sorted. Have contacted bank finalise to when I can.

The most competitive provider I could find. Delivery of the alarm was the following day, set-up relatively painless and response quick during testing process.

This isn't Shepway Lifeline!! So misleading to have that on your internet search , misleading and dishonest

Well, I imagine you won’t be publishing this, but - I received no acknowledgment of receipt of the lengthy information form that has to be completed before activation can take place. So, I rang customer services and was told that the form had been received, but you shouldn’t lead (elderly) people to wait for a mail that they aren’t going to get. When I opened the box, whilst trying to set it up for my 91 year old aunt, the pendant was missing. The booklet in the box indicated it should have been there. I rang customer services again and was told that the box should contain either the watch or the pendant, not both, and that the instruction booklet was “a misprint.” This is confusing, misleading, and disappointing. Customer services said the pendant would be delivered the next day, which it wasn’t. When it does, the onus is on me to return the watch. I’m about £80 into this so far, and if the pendant doesn’t turn up soon, or if the instruction booklet turns out to contain other “misprints” I’ll be cutting my losses pretty quickly.

Excellent service as the main unit was malfunctioning after a Internet disruption. They supplied a new unit next day.

Great service while the person is alive but after a death when they should issue a promised refund they send it back to the deceased persons closed credit card, allegedly - really unhelpful & they couldn't care less. 2 months later & still no refund to a live account as promised. Use a different company - just dreadful

Arrived quickly. Simple to set up went live with no problems. Happy to run all necessary tests. Bit disappointed on testing the falls watch,it didn’t appear to dial automatically if I moved with in 20 seconds, operator said it only dials if person stays still . So not sure how it’s going to pan out. As not being used yet by person.
