“Purchased as I'd recently had a fall. Very easy to set up, my daughter did it! Instructions written clearly and with pictures. Pendant not as heavy as expected but did expect battery to be covered. Unit very neat and easy to use. Not used it for real yet, thankfully!”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your kind review. I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that the back cover of the device you have is often mistaken for a battery as it is a round metal one, however it is securely fastened and waterproof to an IP67 rating. “Feel so much more secure. Process relatively stress free.Everyone seemed to care. Happy. The key holder, admittedly was the cheapest, but I wish I’d bought more upmarket, the buttons are not positive enough, you’re not sure they have ‘registered’.”

“Arrived the next day as promised-very easy to connect up.Ran thro'the tests including one from the bottom of my garden ok no problem.Feel relaxed and confident about the setup but will do checks from time to time”

“This has been a very successful experience - so far. The Lifeline was easy to set up and all the tests were carried out without incident and the call handlers were sensitive and encouraging. Just having the Lifeline available for my elderly father has relieved so much pressure from me. We have not had to use it yet but I have no concerns about if and when we do.”

“This device will bring peace of mind to myself and my whole family. Not had any emergency hope we dont, So cant say what the response timings will be. But from setting up the device going through the tests the call centre answered within a reasonable time.”
