“So pleased I’ve bought my dad this lifeline , it’s so easy to install and it gives me peace of mind when I’m not there that there is someone there if he has a fall or has trouble breathing just at the push of a button, he likes to be independent which is good and this lets him, but if he’s in trouble he only has to push a button and help is on its way , hopefully he will never need to use it .”

“I found the online application, clear and precise. There was one point when I was required to put in a reference number. I contacted the chat line and it was helpful and downloaded the information forms I needed. When the apparatus arrived on the next day, I was able to do the necessary checks and was connected. An easy and straightforward process. I now have peace of mind. Thank you.”

“So far, fortunately, not used in emergency. But whenever I check to ensure that the system is waiting I am invariably shown patience and concern. And I have recently ordered a secure key store, a thoughtful additional safeguard. This is the only opportunity for me to contribute. Other sections offered no facility for comment. Not very satisfactory, for me or you.”
