“Easy to install and good communication”

“The alarm turned up at my aunt's house on time and was exactly as ordered. It took a further week to make it 'live' as the carers weren't able to work out how it all connected and thought a double phone socket was needed. I suppose, when you find some instructions on the outer wrapper and others in one of the books, it leads to confusion. I found a further book in the box and was able to follow the diagram on that. All in all, including wading through the various instructions, it took about 10 minutes to sort and no other sockets were needed. We had an immediate response from Lifeline 24 once it was live.”

“I was very pleased at how easy it was to install the lifeline machine, the assistant on the phone was very pleasant and helpfull with the alarm set up , havnt had to use it yet butI have confidence that there will be no problems”

“The staff at Lifeline are great and helpful, thank you! However, it is never made clear that the system may not work in all cases - i.e. the alarm will not work if the phoneline is engaged. Yes, this could be gotten around by spending £15 per phone point and purchasing an extra thingy. Staff do not seem to know how many of these are needed nor exactly what causes it. So the person with the system is left confused and lacking in confidence, not a great start!”

“I am hard of hearing. Fortunately I had a friend with me when I first logged in because the man who answered was clearly not English and I could not understand his accent. Also he called me Patreesha. Pat, Patricia or Mrs Manning would have been fine. Also the black wristband looks trashy and hardly likely to last perpetual wear.”

“Excellent service all round. Very easy ordering online with outstanding communication from both Lifeline24 and the Post Office. Delivery came the next working day. Installation was straightforward using the enclosed guide as was testing the installation. The operator was efficient and polite. Absolutely no concerns!”

“The life line was purchased for my elderly parents. It arrived as scheduled, was simple to install and the staff on the phone line when doing the first test was very good and professional. I am very pleased with the product and service and would highly recommend this for anyone who cares for sick, elderly or vulnerable people. Thank you very much.”
