“the lifeline was delivered within 24 hrs,I found it simple to install,I ran two tests with it (One by accident) the response was immediate.It certainly gives me peace of mind.”

“I have'nt put my alarm into service yet! Although now that I have completed the necessary documents and posted same it should not be long now. The delivery of the alarm box etc was as stated very prompt the following day. It was very easy to connect and is only awaiting a call from the control centre.”

“I was doubtful which Company to go with. However on contacting Lifeline 24 I was so impressed with the responses etc. I decided to order straight away, My equipment was delivered by post the next day and was very easy to set up. The tests were perfect.”

“I’ve purchased the Alarm for my 81 year old Mom who is not so good on her legs now. It was a constant worry before incase she had a fall and couldn’t get to the phone for help. Now I feel a weight has been lifted off me as I know should anything happen she can press a button and help is available. So easy to purchase and set up. Very friendly staff to do the test call. Would recommend without hesitation”

“I purchased Lifeline24 for my wife who suffers from heart failure. Ordinarily she is anxious if, for any reason I have to leave the house. As I'm her carer, sometimes,this is imposslble, for example, if I have to collect her prescription from a nearby, local chemist. Lifeline has helped my wife feel safe in the knowledge that she has the ability to report any serious problems, when on her own, and that peace of mind is invaluable, and I for one can't thank your Company enough.”

“Service was quick and excellent! Next day delivery. Easy instructions especially the video although I had to ask a friend to ‘plug me in’ as being new to computers, I was nervous in case I disconnected my wi fi- but that’s just me! One small criticism, there should be a 5 minute delay on last check where we take pendant to furthest point of our property as I have a long garden! Good thing my friend was at telephone end! I love the light weight pendant- hope I don’t need it! Am very pleased I chose Lifeline.”

“This was purchased for my elderly mother who lives alone. She has had some recent health issues which have dented her confidence. The Lifeline24 device has greatly improved her confidence levels and she overall feels much more secure. Without doubt this has allowed her to remain independent yet have the 24 hour security of knowing she can obtain help at any time. Many thanks”
