“A few weeks ago I fell at home and was unable to reach my phone. I pressed my Lifeline button which I was wearing around my neck and the the base unit answered immediately. Help was forthcoming and ambulance was called, and I was taken to hospital where I remained for about 1 month. I was very relieved and happy that the whole process worked very well and would highly recommend Lifeline to anyone who felt they needed the reassurance of feeling that you are not alone.”

“Delivery was very quick, i received an email to set up the contact details for my mother, it was very simple to do. My son set the system up in a few minutes and my mother feels much more settled.”

“The lady on the chat line was so patient and helpful. As a third party trying to arrange this on behalf of my elderly father, I was expecting it to be problematic, but it was anything but... the biggest problem was my father who has lots of resistance to receiving help. I had several conversations via the chat line and it really helped put my mind at ease about the whole process.”

“I have'nt put my alarm into service yet! Although now that I have completed the necessary documents and posted same it should not be long now. The delivery of the alarm box etc was as stated very prompt the following day. It was very easy to connect and is only awaiting a call from the control centre.”

“I was doubtful which Company to go with. However on contacting Lifeline 24 I was so impressed with the responses etc. I decided to order straight away, My equipment was delivered by post the next day and was very easy to set up. The tests were perfect.”

“I’ve purchased the Alarm for my 81 year old Mom who is not so good on her legs now. It was a constant worry before incase she had a fall and couldn’t get to the phone for help. Now I feel a weight has been lifted off me as I know should anything happen she can press a button and help is available. So easy to purchase and set up. Very friendly staff to do the test call. Would recommend without hesitation”

“I purchased Lifeline24 for my wife who suffers from heart failure. Ordinarily she is anxious if, for any reason I have to leave the house. As I'm her carer, sometimes,this is imposslble, for example, if I have to collect her prescription from a nearby, local chemist. Lifeline has helped my wife feel safe in the knowledge that she has the ability to report any serious problems, when on her own, and that peace of mind is invaluable, and I for one can't thank your Company enough.”

“Service was quick and excellent! Next day delivery. Easy instructions especially the video although I had to ask a friend to ‘plug me in’ as being new to computers, I was nervous in case I disconnected my wi fi- but that’s just me! One small criticism, there should be a 5 minute delay on last check where we take pendant to furthest point of our property as I have a long garden! Good thing my friend was at telephone end! I love the light weight pendant- hope I don’t need it! Am very pleased I chose Lifeline.”
