Lifeline supplied the equipment next day as promised and setup the account. Testing was thorough including a distance test and my Father felt very comfortable interacting with the control centre. This gives confidence to us all if he has to use the service for real in the future.

Excellent service from Lifeline. Ordered on a Monday arrived and set up by the Tuesday morning. Very helpful and friendly staff on the telephone made the whole process a pleasant experience.

We chose Lifeline 24 for the fall detection plan and because all costs (ie including the once-off set-up payment) were clearly set out on the website. So far (only had the equipment just over a week) everything is fine. Easy to set up (though now we have a lot more trailing leads to accomodate) and do initial testing. Staff at the call centre have been welcoming and helpful. Worryingly we did have the alarm go off fo rno applarent reason 3 times consecutively at 8am when my mother was still in bed fast asleep and had to remove the device temporarily. Staff receiving the call were again very polite and understanding when I explained that this was a false alarm. Since then my mother has worn the wrist device at night without any unwanted consequences; this is what we had hoped as she gets up frequently throughout the night and also because if she were to take the device off it is likely that she would forget to put it back on (she has memory loss). Given Lifeline Good rather than Excellent simply because my mother has had it such a short time.

We were impressed with the speed at which the Lifeline 24 was delivered. Setting up was easy and all aspects of the service were explained clearly. We are very happy we chose this.

Parcel arrived the next day. Very easy to set up. When I tested it I found them really lovely. I am disabled and live alone. As I fall a lot I now feel so much safer.

This alarm is working wonderfully for me, the teams response was excellent when I did fall, fortunately without actual injury, and needed help getting back on my feet again. Thank-you, it is very reassuring both for me and my children to know how efficient you are.

When my mum-in-law moved in with us, she lost her "local" service. I found Lifeline24 online and was pleased to find them cheaper whilst providing excellent service all the way. 24 hours later we were up and running! Highly recommended for quality of service and peace of mind.

The Lifeline arrived the next day, and although I was apprehensive about whether I would be able to set it up the instructions were excellent and I managed it easily and was delighted when the testing showed everything is working efficiently. Thank you!
