“The lifeline arrived when it said it would, so easy to connect to the phone line. When I did test call the lady i talk to was so lovely. Its made me safe. Should of done a long time ago.”

“I have been with LifeLine24 for over 12 months now, and I cannot thank them enough for the truly exceptional and outstanding service they provide. Like all of us, trying to safe a little extra cash, I have looked at many other alternative providers, but frankly, in my opinion, Lifeline 24 aways comes out on top, so thank you.”

“We have had lifeline for a couple of years and I cannot praise highly enough the customer care and service we have had. Recently one of our devices was lost (not our fault) and because we were not responsible a new one was provided at half the usual price. They did not need to do this , thank you lifeline.”

“I am writing this review on behalf of Suzanne my daughter who is hospitalized. This item was delivered within 24 hours of purchase and installed by me. Installation was simple to do. Testing the unit worked perfectly. I decided on behalf of Suzanne to have a Lifeline installed because Suzanne is a stroke survivor of eight years, lives on her own and wants to maintain her independence. This installation will give me piece of mind should she ever need help in an emergency. ine fitted as she is a strike survivor of eight years. This will give us piece of mind as Suzanne lives on her own.”

“I was sent the wrong alarm [ wrist watch instead of pendant] . A quick phone call on Saturday and the matter was quickly resolved and my correct alarm arrived on Monday morning . very speedy service”
